We've put together everything you need to help make your weekend as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from airport transfers and hotel check-in to event updates and music. Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning for another unforgettable weekend, here's everything you need to know!
✈️ 1. Getting Here & Airport Transfers
Our event takes place at:
Universal Hotel Perla
S'Illot, Mallorca, Spain
The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).
Airport transfers are not included in your event package, so please arrange transport to and from the hotel in advance.

We recommend contacting the taxi companies via WhatsApp before travelling.
When booking:

🚌 2. Travelling by Bus – Palma Airport to Hotel Perla
Looking for a budget-friendly way to reach Mallorcan Soul?
The A42 airport bus provides a direct service from Palma Airport to S'Illot, just a short walk from Universal Hotel Perla.
✈️ Step-by-Step Travel Guide
Step 1 – Arriving at Palma Airport
Once you've landed, collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals area.
Step 2 – Finding the Bus
Follow the signs for public buses (Aerotib) outside the arrivals area.
Look for Bus A42 – Direction Cala Bona.
Step 3 – Paying for Your Journey 💳

Allow approximately €10 per person each way when paying by contactless bank card.

Tap your card when boarding and remember to tap out when leaving the bus.

Confirm the latest fare before travelling.
Step 4 – Arriving in S'Illot
Stay on the bus until the S'Illot (S'Illot 2) stop.
Step 5 – Walking to the Hotel 🏨
From the bus stop, Universal Hotel Perla is approximately a 2-minute walk away.
On arrival, head to the Mallorcan Soul Welcome Desk to collect your wristband before proceeding to hotel reception.

Bus services operate to a published timetable, so please check departure times before your journey, especially for late-night arrivals.

🏨 3. Hotel Arrival & Check-In
When you arrive at Universal Hotel Perla, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 – Visit the Mallorcan Soul Welcome Desk
Give our team the lead guest name registered against your booking.
You'll receive your Mallorcan Soul wristband, which provides access to the event activities included in your package.
Step 2 – Proceed to Hotel Reception
Once you've collected your wristband, head to the hotel reception desk for your room allocation.
📌 Important Booking Reminder : When checking in, please provide the lead guest name registered against your room booking.
(This may be the name of the cardholder who originally made the booking, unless the lead guest name has been changed.)
Step 3 – Settle In & Enjoy!
Unpack, relax and get ready for an incredible weekend of amazing music, sunshine and good vibes! 🌴🎶
Please keep your wristband safe throughout the weekend, as you'll need it for event access.
🎶 4. Weekend Programme
Get ready for three unforgettable days of amazing music featuring an incredible line-up of DJs and entertainment!
Friday 23 – Sunday 25 October 2026 12pm - 3am everyday
Our final event programme, including DJ set times and additional activities, will be shared closer to the event.
